recent developments

WOW, we had quite a week last week !  Fiona said her first word, "pepe!".  Very kind of her to choose a cat to talk to first so neither mom or dad feel left out.  She also had her first tooth break thru the surface.. noticed when she clinked it on mom's water glass.. the tiniest little sound last thursday morning.  And, to top it all off she started waving goodbye (as elmo has taught her in his elmo says book).  We went swimming sunday morning & fiona loved it as usual.  It was the first time she pushed her head back onto my shoulder to lay on her back & kick in the water.. horray for our little swimmer !!  Pheww, so many exciting developments !!
