We camped up the McKenzie last weekend and it was great fun. I experimented with baking inside oranges. First experiment : chocolate chip muffins (delicious!). Second experiment : Omlets (cheddar cheese, peppered bacon, green pepper, cherry tomato, egg - also delicious!). They baked for 12 minutes over hot briquettes. We camped a short hike from a waterfall that had a beautiful rainbow at the base in the mist. The girls had a great time taking turns in the blue sled. We spotted a chipmunk who was very entertaining & then the girls gave me their best chipmunk faces :)
